- 9 am – Gate Opens
- 9:30 am – Breakfast served
- 10 am – A&S Tables open to accept entries
- 10 am – MOL Opens – Authorizations can begin and run until Court
- 10:30 am – Morning Court
- Following the conclusion of Morning Court – Tournaments Begin
- Following the conclusion of Morning Court – Thrown Weapons Field Opens
- Following the conclusion of Morning Court – Archery Field Opens
- 12:30 pm – Lunch Served
- 3:30 pm – A&S Tables close (to set up hall for feast so there’s some flexibility here)
- 3:30 pm – Afternoon Refreshments Served
- 4:00 pm – Evening Court
- 6 pm – Site Clean up following Evening Court
- 8 pm – Close and lock the gate NLT
