Pre-Registration by Check (Mail-In):

Send check to the following address and include number of attendees, names of all attendees, membership number(s) and expiration date(s), and what each attendee is registered for (i.e. Event Registration, Feast, Camping, or Cabin).

Cost Notes:

  • Cabins are available by pre-registration ONLY for $30 a bed for the entire weekend.
  • Camping fee is per person for the entire weekend.
  • No RVs.

Cabin Information:

  • Please indicate through SCORES or your mail-in registration if you have roommate preferences and top or bottom bunk preferences.
  • Cabins have between 10-14 beds each.
  • Cabins are heated, have electricity, and have a single bathroom with a shower.
  • Cabin beds are bunk bed style. (SCORES allows registration for top and bottom bunks.)
  • The beds are approximately twin size, and you will need to provide your own bedding.
  • Dogs are welcome on site, but not in the cabins.

Refund Policy:

If a person has paid for a Dun Carraig event, but is unable to attend, they may request a refund, in writing, from the Barony within 5 days of the event completion. The Barony may, at its discretion, issue a full or partial refund. Such decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis, by a refund committee consisting of the Exchequer, the Seneschal, and the event Event Steward.

To make your Gate experience as stress-free as possible, please have the following items with you as you approach the Gate:

  1. Members: Your membership card or Non-Members: Your Drivers License (this should match your Pre-Registration information)
  2. If you have minors, you will need their information.
  3. We will have Waivers to sign at each lane at gate.
  4. If you have a Minor and you are not the parent or Legal Guardian you must bring with you the following notarized document: Medical Authorization for Minors. You may find it beneficial to carry multiple copies of the notarized document (with original signatures) so you will have a spare available for any inquiries.
