A Day Board is included in the cost of the event for all attendees, but there will be no feast after evening court and no on site camping.
A reminder that SCORES closes on TBA (estimated at 11:59 pm – but we have
seen SCORES close earlier)
- Go to SCA.org
- Log into your account **
- Select Event Registration (top bar of your account)
- Select 2025 ATL Coronation
- Put in the total number of tickets (i.e. yourself, spouse, guests)
- Select your payment method and receipt.
** If you are new to the SCA and do not have an account, You can request a User Name and set your password. Please keep this available for your use for future events.
To make your Gate experience as stress-free as possible, please
have the following items with you as you approach the Gate:
1) Members: Your membership card or Non-Members: Your Drivers
License (this should match your Pre-Registration information)
2) If you have minors, you will need their information.
3) We will have Waivers to sign at each lane at gate.
4) If you have a Minor and you are not the parent or Legal Guardian you
must bring with you the following notarized document: Medical
Authorization for Minors. You may find it beneficial to carry multiple copies
of the notarized document (with original signatures) so you will have a
spare available for numerous inquiries, and therefore, you can enjoy
the best part of Sacred Stone Baronial Birthday. Please click here for

KINGDOM REFUND POLICY For Kingdom Events sponsored by the Kingdom are based on Kingdom of Atlantia Financial Policy.
If you pre-registered through SCORES – please cancel your reservation in SCORES and then send an email to: exchequer@officer.atlantia.sca.org and confirm your request for a refund within five (5) days of the conclusion of the event. Those that request after the event has concluded will be reviewed by the Kingdom Exchequer on a case-by-case basis.
Refund requests will be processed after the event. Every effort will be made to honor all refund requests. If a refund is requested, it must be made in writing, either by email notification or letter to the reservationist or Event Steward before the end of the event.
